Join us this summer as we gather on the second Saturday of each month to pull weeds, repair plant protection materials, and perform other ongoing maintenance to care for the Bear River Habitat Trail. With your help, the 5,000 new plants along the trail will thrive as we continue to build this new public open space area for the Plumas Lake community's residents and wildlife.

Help Us Build Suga’ Cane Community Garden

Help the Sacramento Tree Foundation, Del Paso Heights Growers' Alliance, and Green Technical Education & Employment build a new Teaching Urban Farming, Forestry, and Aquaponics (TUFFA) Training Center in Del Paso Heights (called "Suga’ Cane Community Garden") for United Way's Day of Caring.

Mulching at the Sacramento Horsemen's Association

Help us mulch native oak trees planted in the spring of 2017 at the Sacramento Horsemen's Association (SHA). Mulching these trees will help them grow strong to provide shade to people and horses while bolstering the health and continuity of the historic oak woodland that persists on the property.
