About Julie Teel

Julie Teel serves on the board of directors for Raley’s Family of Fine Stores, as an owner with her husband, Michael Teel. She also serves as a trustee for Loyola Marymount University and on the boards of the Crocker Art Museum, Sutter Medical Foundation, University Development Foundation, the Northern California and Northern Nevada Chapter of Make-A-Wish, The Salvation Army National Advisory Board, Food for Families, and serves on the Tahoe Fund executive committee and annual dinner committee. Julie has served on the Crocker Ball committee since 2011 and chaired and co-chaired the Crocker Ball three times. She previously served on the CAMA board from 2012-2018.

Julie is also known for her deep roots in the Lake Tahoe community. She is a founding member of the Truckee Tahoe Community Foundation.

Julie received her bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University and master’s degree in management from Sonoma State University.
