Ways to give
We are delighted to work with you to make a gift that is meaningful to you in a way that is convenient. There are several ways you might make your gift. Here are a few, but we encourage you to call us if you need help structuring your gift.
- Make a gift of cash, securities, mutual funds, or other property
- If you're over 70½, direct your required minimum distribution from your traditional IRA to SacTree without it being considered a taxable distribution
- Ask your company to match your gift - check with your HR department to see if your company offers a matching gift program
- Leave a portion of your estate to the Sacramento Tree Foundation
- Establish a trust or tribute fund
- Name Sacramento Tree Foundation as the beneficiary on a life insurance policy or gift annuity
