Folsom Earth Day Celebration 2024

The Public Works Department cordially invites you to celebrate the City of Folsom’s first Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 20, 2024. This is a free, family-friendly event to learn about sustainability efforts in our community. The event honors the achievements of the environmental movement and raises awareness of the need to protect resources for future generations.
The event will begin with volunteer opportunities and cumulate with an informational and fun festival near City Hall.
Join the Sacramento Tree Foundation as we plant trees near City Hall!
All Projects require volunteers to check-in in front of the Senior Center at 48 Natoma Street between 8:30-9 am. Volunteers will then need their own transportation to travel to the location where they will be volunteering. After completion of their volunteer project, they can bring any materials back to the Senior Center and participate in the Earth Day Celebration, which takes place from 11 am -1 pm between 48 Natoma Street and 50 Natoma Street.
